Very Small House Plans… Build Yourself a Simple Modern Energy-Efficient Home
If you haven’t caught it on Oprah or recently on YouTube or Yahoo (ABC News), you might be fascinated with the idea of building your own small home.
And when I say small, I mean really, really small. You can see what I mean by taking a look at the photo above of the Lusby 120 square foot home. You’ll find these homes very suitable particularly if you’re interested in reducing monthly bills and you love the whole eco-friendly approach.
One great asset about them is that the utility bills range around $6/month due to these houses being solar powered and energy efficient.
Another bonus is that you can pretty much ditch all of your furniture because just about everything is built into the home. This is a good clutter-free approach and ultimately you don’t have to worry about extra items taking up unnecessary amounts of space.

The Weebee is another small home, very similar to the Lusby, but as you might’ve already guessed it’s just a tad bit smaller and has a slightly different design. It provides you with additional images including shots of the bathroom, living room and shower.
The Epu 96 Square Foot Home…
The Epu is an even smaller house in which Jay Shafer, the founder of these fabulous Tumbleweed Tiny Houses, lives. Beautiful, isn’t it?

The house plans typically cost around $995. However, you can find a few that range around $695, but the price for these plans in my opinion seems reasonable and fair, given what you get out of it…
