Small Homes: Cheylyne’s Enchanting Sanctuary
I feel my bedroom has itâs own personal charm. It may be small, but my room reflects my personality and itâs one of the only places I can think of as my own sanctuary. I color coordinated the room around whiteâwhite being a color that represents purity. It seemed to fit with my sanctuary idea. The angel wing mobile was something I thought of myself, and in short is just based off of my likes (angels and Christmas lights, haha).

Decorative angel delivers a “wow.”
Did anyone else see that angel hanging and go “wow?” Cheylyne has outdone herself. Need I say that the angel hanging above her bed was a magnificent idea. I can only imagine how tranquil and comforting that must be at night when sheâs looking up at it. -
Photos beneath the window sill create a beautiful effect.
Cheylyne gets creative and hangs photos below her window sill (or perhaps ledge? Well, you get the picture). Honestly, I wouldâve never thought of this in a million years. Also, I love how Cheylyne decorated the ledge with knickknacks. Actually, everything she did with that windowâcurtains, angels and all… it really shows an air of creativity and offers a lot of tips from a visual standpoint. Magnificent job Cheylyne. -
Creative headboard looks amazing.
Am I right in thinking thatâs a shag rug Cheylyne used for a headboard? Or maybe some other sort of rug? If so, thatâs a really good idea. Whatever she did with the headboard or did to create the headboard looks fabulous. No wonder itâs her sanctuary… Iâd want to stay there all day if my room looked like that.
